Assumption of Risk
I understand and acknowledge that participation in volleyball and related event activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical contact, falls, collisions, sprains, strains, broken bones, concussions, illness, injury, property damage, or other unexpected risks.
I understand that these risks may occur before, during, or after games, during warmups, while entering or exiting the facility, while using equipment, or while watching the event as a spectator.
By participating in or attending this event, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with the event.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I agree to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Foundation Events Group, its owners, directors, staff, volunteers, officials, contractors, event workers, sponsors, partners, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, damages, injuries, losses, expenses, or causes of action connected to participation in or attendance at this event, including claims arising from ordinary negligence.

Parent / Guardian Agreement for Minors
For any participant under the age of 18, the parent or legal guardian agrees that they have read and accepted these terms on behalf of the minor participant.
The parent or legal guardian confirms that the participant is physically able to participate and that participation is voluntary.
The parent or guardian also agrees to accept responsibility for the minor participant’s behavior, safety, and medical needs during the event.

Spectator Policy
All spectators enter the facility at their own risk and are expected to conduct themselves respectfully.

No refunds will be issued for removal due to misconduct.
