General Information

 These camps are presented in a teaching setting to focus on all the skills of volleyball. During certain sessions, players will be divided up by position to work on specific position skills (outside hitter, middle hitter, setter, etc.). We also will put them into teams according to age and skill level and work on playing in a team format as well as practicing all the various skill sets included in the game of volleyball. The All Skills Camps are great for beginners, as well as challenging to more experienced volleyball players. UNLIKE most camps we will provide sessions in Strength training with ETS and mind set/goal setting with Kari DeLong. Lunch will be provided each day.
