General Information

The debut of the Southwest Florida High School Junior Varsity Championships is scheduled to take place from September 5, 2026 at the Estero Recreation Center in Estero, FL.  This event will feature 16 high school junior varsity volleyball teams from across the State of Florida.

Competition is two (2) divisions, one comprised of 8 teams and another of  (8) teams.  Each team will play three (3) pool matches followed by two (2) bracket play matches for a total of five (5) matches over two days.

Start Time: 8:00 AM
Cost of the Event:  $450 per team

Registration: Registration is online-only, and all payment Credit Card methods are accepted. 

 *Any team cancellations after August 1, 2026 will not be refunded

We are only accepting 16 Teams, once we reach max capacity, teams will be placed on a waitlist in order.

Teams will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis based upon receipt of the entry fee.

This tournament is a FHSAA-sponsored event with a 5-match equivalent guarantee.

Spectators Ticket: Adults $15/$10 for Seniors 65+, active military, or ages 12-17/kids under 12 are free

Spectator Policy: This is a Cashless event therefore all tickets must be purchased online.  All adult spectators must provide a photo ID along with their QR code to gain entry into the playing facility.  No outside food, drink, or lawn chairs are permitted in the facility.

 Awards
Team awards will be given out to the 1st and 2nd place teams in the Gold Division and 1st place and 2nd place teams in the Silver Division.  All-Tournament awards will be given to 7 players (6 + 1 MVP) for each Division.  Coaches & tournament directors will vote on these awards.

Format/Warmup: All matches will be best 2/3.  The Tournament Director has the right to adjust warmup times from NFHS guidelines based on each court's timeline.  All teams must provide their own warmup balls. 

Tie Breaking Procedures: Two-way ties will be broken based on head-to-head results. Three-way ties in Match Record will be broken by:

1. Set Percentage
2 Point Ratio.

Officiating Guidelines: The tournament will provide R1 and R2 for every match. Each team will be responsible for providing two line judges, one official scorekeeper, one libero tracker, and one visual scorekeeper per court.
