General Information
Focus: First-contact skills that control every rally
This session emphasizes:
1. Serve receive technique and confidence
2. Passing consistency and platform control
3. Defensive passing and reading the ball
4. Movement, balance, and communication
5. Handling tough serves and game-speed balls
6. These are the skills that touch the ball most often in matches, making this session valuable for all positions.
