Looking for a fun and competitive way to improve your volleyball skills? Join Volleyball Fundamentals Training sessions led by two of our STARZ 17U players, Ali Lynde and Elle York!

These sessions, for small groups of four to six players, are designed for beginner and developing players who want to build confidence and improve in all areas of the game. Athletes will work on:

Footwork & movement
Blocking fundamentals
Serving
Setting
Passing & ball control
Defensive skills
Overall volleyball IQ
Players can expect high-energy training in a positive environment focused on skill development, competition, and fun!
