Each team must have a completed waiver at check-in. Waivers will be available on-site, but we strongly encourage you to print and complete yours in advance. Please also have your teammates' T-shirt sizes ready at check-in to help speed up the process. At check-in you will be given partipant shirts and a team sign to hang on your canopy.
2026 Blue Water Volleygrass Festival offers the following divisions. Any documents can be viewed, printed or downloaded.
CO-ED Beginner
Minimum 2 women on court at all times. Maximum 6 players per roster. For players with entry level skills.
CO-ED High School
High school students including graduation year 2025 or younger. Minimum 2 girls on court at all times. Maximum 6 players per roster.
CO-ED Intermediate
Minimum 2 women on court at all times. Maximum 6 players per roster. Competitive division for players with some league or other team experience.
CO-ED Open
Minimum 2 women on court at all times. Maximum 6 players per roster. For highly skilled players with college or previous high level competition experience.
Girls Grad Year 2026-2027
Teams must register using the graduation year of their oldest grade-level player. For example, if three players are 2029 and one player is 2028, the team must register in the 2028 division. Teams that misrepresent graduation year information during registration or violate the integrity policy in any way will be disqualified.
Girls Grad Year 2028
Teams must register using the graduation year of their oldest grade-level player. For example, if three players are 2029 and one player is 2028, the team must register in the 2028 division. Teams that misrepresent graduation year information during registration or violate the integrity policy in any way will be disqualified.
Girls Grad Year 2029
Teams must register using the graduation year of their oldest grade-level player. For example, if three players are 2029 and one player is 2028, the team must register in the 2028 division. Teams that misrepresent graduation year information during registration or violate the integrity policy in any way will be disqualified.
Girls Grad Year 2030
Teams must register using the graduation year of their oldest grade-level player. For example, if three players are 2029 and one player is 2028, the team must register in the 2028 division. Teams that misrepresent graduation year information during registration or violate the integrity policy in any way will be disqualified.
Girls Grad Year 2031
Teams must register using the graduation year of their oldest grade-level player. For example, if three players are 2029 and one player is 2028, the team must register in the 2028 division. Teams that misrepresent graduation year information during registration or violate the integrity policy in any way will be disqualified.
Mens Beginner
Maximum 5 player roster. For players with entry level skills.
Mens Intermediate
Maximum 5 player roster. Competitive division for players with some league or other team experience.
Mens Open
Maximum 5 player roster. For highly skilled players with college or previous high level competition experience.
Womens Intermediate
Maximum 5 player roster. Competitive division for players with some league or other team experience.
